WordPress Plugin: Combined Readme

Undocumented WordPress plugin directory feature: you can use README.md for the directory instead of readme.txt. That way the same file works for both the WordPress and ClassicPress plugin directories and your git repository!

GitHub, Codeberg, and Gitlab all find readme.md no matter what the case is. ClassicPress only looks for readme.txt or README.md (case sensitive). So you can use readme.txt for both directories if you don’t care about Gitsomething showing the file, or README.md for all of them.
