Made it to First Place!
While driving around Hermosa Beach, I finally made it to 1st Place! Unfortunately, once you get there, there’s only one way you can go.

Enforced by Laser (Flat Version)
I finally got around to making a flat image of the Enforced By Laser sign I spotted a few weeks ago.
And yeah, I know they’re talking about measuring speed with the laser…but it certainly sounds like something out of a futuristic (or alien invasion) movie with a car chase.

I did a double-take when passing this sign yesterday, and went back this morning to take a set of pictures.
I’m sure “45 MPH ENFORCED BY LASER” doesn’t mean what it sounds like, but really…who wants to take that chance?

Landscape Under Renovation
Irvine is dreadfully afraid you might think the dead grass is the result of poor maintenance.
Apparently, they’re also concerned that the old Grass Under Renovation signs might not be inclusive enough.
