Saw this while out on an errand the other day. Maybe it’s just that I’m reading the latest October Daye book, but anything permanent involving the Winter Rose sounds like a bad idea!
Found a place to hike this morning that was only in the 80s instead of hotter, and was greeted by this sign at the trailhead.
(Also: several signs warning about how much poison oak and stinging nettle is in the area, with photos to help you avoid touching them.)
The power company is prepping for maintenance work, and these guys are out with the temporary no parking signs and barriers.
It’s still a better company name than the “Performance Utility Supply” I’ve driven past with a sign that’s mostly its initials.
