Occupation: Inventor
Base of Operations: Formerly Santa Marta, California
Hair: White
Eyes: Unknown (always behind sunglasses), probably red or pale blue
First Appearance: Flash v.2 #123 (March 1997)
Mr. Frost is an inventor and virtual reality expert whose name fits both his appearance (he’s an albino) and his attitude. While based in Santa Marta, California, he (or his overworked staff) developed a neural transmitter capable of creating utterly convincing illusions. When the Flash came to town, Frost recognized the perfect opportunity to demonstrate his device’s usefulness to the highest-paying market around: criminal masterminds. By manipulating the speedster’s perceptions and luring him into a deathtrap, he hoped use the Flash’s death as an infomercial. After his scheme was foiled (the villains were not impressed!), he destroyed the building in order to cover his escape.
Mr. Frost’s current whereabouts are unknown.
